A whole house filtration system is a system that filters the water that enters your home from the main water line, providing clean and filtered water to every faucet, shower, and appliance in your home.

There are many benefits to having a whole house filtration system. It can improve the taste and smell of your water, remove impurities and contaminants, and protect your appliances and plumbing from damage caused by hard water and sediment buildup.

A whole house filtration system can removes/reduces a wide range of contaminants, including chlorine, sediment, lead, mercury, pesticides, and more. The exact contaminants that can be removed will depend on the type of filtration system you choose.

In most cases, a whole house filtration system can be installed in any home. However, it is important to have a professional evaluate your home’s plumbing and water quality to determine the best system for your needs.

Below you will find the instructions on how to program the valve for your whole house water filtration system

  • The round button on the left is the Enter button
    • Navigate the menu with the up/down arrows on the right
    • Set time to 12:01 PM – Hit enter
  • Hold both up & down arrows at the same time until DF 

 

Show on the screen

  • DF should read GAL – Hit enter
  • CT – Hit down until DAY – Hit enter
  • NT (Number of tanks) 1 – Hit enter
  • RT – 2:05 AM – Hit enter (Use the up/down arrows to navigate to 2:05) The AM will not show
  • BW  (Back Wash) – 10Min – Hit enter -Use up/Down arrows 
  • RR – 9 Min – Hit enter – Use Up/Down arrows
  • D1 (Day 1) Monday OFF – (Day 1-Day 6 OFF) Use Up/Down arrows
  • D7 – ON Sunday – Use Up/Down arrows  – Hit enter
  • CD  – This is Current Day – Monday 1, Tuesday 2, Wednesday 3, Thursday 4, Friday 5, Saturday 6, Sunday 7 – Whatever day you are setting it on – Hit Enter

     Mon-1, Tues-2, Wed-3, Thur-4, Fri-5, Sat-6 Sun-7

    • Set Current time utilizing the Up/Down arrow – (Remember the PM in top right) –  Hit enter
  • Finished
